Manu and I have been working together for almost a year now. She was recommended by a friend and I was looking for one on one training. We meet once a week at 6.45 in the morning for an hour. I love it! We have a program for cardio, core strength and endurance. Manu has gradually lifted my performance and the sessions are always different so it is never boring or repetitious. I’m in my mid 50s and feel strong, toned and fit. One of my goals was to improve my boxing and I’m a pretty hard hitter now. What I’m most proud of is that I wanted to train outdoors and we did this all through the Hobart winter! Right gear and right trainer and it was a breeze. Manu has been just the trainer I was looking for.
About miyoga
miyoga
My name is Manu and I have been working in the health and fitness industry for nearly 20 years, with my first position being in a customer service support role with All Aerobics in Hobart.
At the time I was studying my Certificate 3 in Gym Fitness. My days were dedicated to teaching classes, customer service and developing all the skills needed to be part of a great health and fitness team.
I always enjoyed working with people, particularly in a one-on-one setting so I furthered my education to include Personal Training Certificate 4, (with a particular skill set focussed on on older population) and wellness coaching.
As I get older I feel the need to support my clients with programs that are safe, relevant to their health and fitness goals as well as being enjoyable. I see PT and yoga integrating beautifully in my clients’ lives.
I can be of support by assisting you through a physically challenging workout, and then guiding you to move with clear awareness of breath, body and mind connection.
I can offer One-on-One PT, One-on-One yoga practice or small group classes.
Please click here to download the Fitness Australia Adult Pre-Exercise Screening System form (APSS). I require you to complete this form prior to undertaking certain classes with me.
